The Company seeks investment opportunities in northern and southern California and the Pacific Northwest, specifically Seattle, Portland and Boise, Idaho. Sequoia targets well located, cash-flow seasoned properties but will also consider "value add" opportunities, preferably with a development component.

Sequoia’s principal, Lewis Lawrence, has 25 years experience in the real estate investment arena including four years with Deutsche Bank (formally BT/Alex Brown) and twelve years with Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company. Mr. Lawrence has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington and an MBA in finance from USC. He is a licensed broker in California.
